The Opportunity
The Insurance Claims Officer will play a critical role in managing end-to-end claims while supporting core broking and compliance functions within a busy national brokerage. This role is ideal for an experienced insurance professional with strong Australian market exposure who can contribute from day one.
You will work closely with senior brokers and internal stakeholders to manage claims, ensure compliance, and support client servicing activities in a structured, fast-paced environment. Over time, you will gain deeper exposure to both commercial and domestic portfolios, with opportunities to expand into broader broking responsibilities.
