Insurance Broker – Personal Lines

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, professional, and knowledgeable service to personal lines clients, carriers, and internal team members
• Prepare and process quotes, new business, renewals, endorsements, and policy changes
• Review underwriting information and documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Conduct detailed risk assessments and recommend appropriate coverage solutions tailored to client needs
• Act as the primary liaison between clients and insurance carriers
• Identify and act on cross-sell and up-sell opportunities when appropriate
• Remarket personal lines policies to ensure competitive coverage and pricing
• Take and submit new claim reports and support clients through the claims process with timely follow-up
