Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and business development activities
- Understand clients' financial protection needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions
- Conduct sales presentations and close deals
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Provide excellent after-sales support and customer service
Qualifications
- Experience in insurance sales (non-life is HIGHLY PREFERRED)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
- Experience handling B2C sales or agency recruitment/development is an advantage
- Fresh graduates with strong sales potential are welcome to apply
