- Resolve relevant stakeholders' complaints and problems at first touchpoint
- Update details in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
- Assess appeals and put up recommendation to the team
- Assist with other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements
- Experience in the Insurance sector
- Proficient in MS Office
