Instrument Control Valve Technician

Responsibilities:

• Perform servicing, maintenance, and troubleshooting of control valves.
  
• Inspect, dismantle, clean, assemble, calibrate, and test control valves.
  
• Carry out valve diagnostics, actuator checks, and positioner calibration.
  
• Ensure control valve work is completed as per OEM standards and safety procedures.
  
• Maintain service reports and support preventive maintenance activities.
  

Requirements

• Diploma in Instrumentation.
  
• 4–6 years of experience in the Oil & Gas / Fertilizer industry.
  
• Strong experience in control valve servicing, calibration, and troubleshooting.
  
• OEM / Valve Certification is preferred.
  
• Available to join immediately.
