Overview

FACP faculty members prepare students for success in a wide range of post-secondary programs and communities. They support and empower students towards growth and change. They contribute to the culture of the Faculty through energetic teaching, scholarship and institutional service. Faculty members must be committed to inclusivity and diversity, and they play a critical role in building the capacity of the Faculty.

Responsibilities

Instruct course(s); prepare course materials; provide individual and group instruction; provide student support; design and implement student evaluation; grade and record keep; liaise with Student Success Advisors; participate as an active member of the instructional faculty. Instructors may be required to teach in a variety of courses and/or programs, including multi-level English for Academic Purposes and English for General Purposes.
