- Conduct training workshops, carry out assessments, and compile results.
- Design and develop new courses, review and update technologies/training courses.
- Assist in developing policies and SOPs.
- Assist in selecting and processing training-related material and equipment.
- Maintain and update records.
- Assist in marketing of courses.
Qualifications and Experience:
- MBBS/ BSN / BSMT with at least 1-2 years of related work experience.Candidates with AHA (American Heart Association) certification shall be preferred.
- Proficiency in the use of MS Office applications.
- Good teaching, communications and interpersonal skills.
