What you’ll do & how you’ll make your mark
The Instructional Designer plays a critical role in developing and enhancing our learning curriculum. They are responsible for creating engaging instructor-led training and e-learning materials that support our technical products and programs. Collaborating closely with business partners, subject matter experts, and the Learning and Employee Success teams, the Instructional Designer assesses the training needs of our customer-facing support teams.
