As our Instructional Designer, you will be responsible for delivering two critical learning and development projects. Your primary focus will be leading the end-to-end review and redesign of our Operations Induction Programs to accelerate competency for our frontline teams. Additionally, you will create new leadership development programs, translating existing frameworks into practical and impactful learning experiences for our leaders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Architect a new, streamlined, and blended induction framework
- Design and develop new leadership programs for mid to senior-level leaders
- Author exceptional learning content, including facilitator guides and participant materials
