Instructional Designer - AI Learning Solutions

Join our Learning & Development team as our Instructional Designer and help transform how our contact center employees learn through innovative, technology-driven solutions.

What You’ll Do

• Design and develop engaging instructor‑led and e‑learning training programs
• Create AI‑powered learning experiences, simulations, and interactive training content
• Partner with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to identify learning needs and build effective solutions
• Manage instructional design projects from concept to implementation
• Develop multimedia learning materials using tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Rise 360, videos, and other digital content
• Support Learning Management System (LMS) content deployment and continuous improvement initiatives
