The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor's in Organizational Development, Marketing, or a related field and possess teamwork and creativity skills.

The role requires participation in meetings, content creation, and experience with Microsoft Office. Proficiency in English at an intermediate to advanced level is also necessary.
