Job Responsibilities
- Assist vendors on a day‑to‑day basis to become well‑versed with Amazon tools and provide on‑ground support for tasks such as Purchase Order management, selection expansion, shipment, etc., and guide them through issue resolution.
- Support the on‑ground training of new vendors, including teaching catalog content population/procurement processes.
- Maintain records of work received and performed.
- Enable vendors to become self‑sufficient on the platform.
- Take on larger responsibilities such as initiating and owning process‑improvement projects and participating actively in stakeholder calls/meetings.
- Establish and maintain strong vendor partnerships to improve vendor experience.
Qualifications
- Experience in problem solving and delivering results.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, macros, INDEX/MATCH, VLOOKUP, VBA, data links, etc.).
