Relationship Manager - Institutional Sales


Key Responsibilities

  • Strong Debt Market knowledge with solid Key Account Management and client servicing skills.
  • Institutional Sales exposure preferred for new acquisitions and market intelligence.
  • Drive sales with Institutional Clients and Distributors to grow AUM.
  • Ensure channel partners achieve targets across all product categories with measurable SOW growth.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to deliver value‑added solutions.
  • Maintain high service standards, compliance, and operational integrity.
  • Good industry networking for leads and insights.
  • Strong hunting and farming skills to acquire and grow client relationships.


Experience

  • 5–10 years of experience within Asset Management, Family Offices, or Wealth Management companies.
