Installation Specialist (Tijuana)

Support Thermbond refractory installations, ITM blanket, modules, Silplate Mass projects, Rapidfire (TCS) installations, and other REX products. Assist contractors by providing knowledge, setting up training for new contractors, and serving as the link between end‑users and contractors for commercial contracts. Document installations, create installation reports, generate follow‑up reports after installations, and conduct thermal analysis follow‑ups. Set up gunning machines and peripheral equipment for tests and installations; maintain equipment and tools as needed. Aid with demonstrations for workshops, learn proper installation techniques for all products, build metal and wood structures, and follow all company and customer safety policies and procedures. Write installation reports for internal and public distribution. Travel domestically and internationally (US and Central America) with travel expected 25–50% of the time.
