Installation Manager
The Installation Manager is a critical role that will manage, organise and carry out the day-to-day management of our installations.
Responsibilities
- Site visits for installation assessments and obtaining final measurements
- Ongoing training and development of the installers on best practise installation techniques
- Organisation of installation materials
- On-site direction and on-tools for most critical/complex projects
- Liaising with the Production team and Sales team
- Customer-facing liaison and interaction
- Trouble shooting and remedial work where required
Requirements
- Sound building knowledge; trade qualified with a good understanding of building principles; reads and interprets building plans and drawings; solid understanding of weather tightness requirements; can easily manage window installations into various cladding types
