Installation Manager – Elevators
Job Purpose: Manage all elevator and escalator installation activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with company quality standards and local regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead multiple elevator and escalator installation projects simultaneously.
- Prepare installation schedules, manpower plans, and resource allocation.
- Supervise Installation Supervisors, Site Engineers, and subcontractors.
- Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Procurement, Logistics, and Service departments.
- Monitor installation progress, productivity, and project costs.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure safety and quality compliance.
- Resolve technical issues and customer escalations.
