- Serve as the primary communication link between customers, installers, vendors, and internal teams to maintain seamless project execution.
- Proactively identify and resolve scheduling, material, and logistical challenges to minimize delays and disruptions.
- Monitor project progress and maintain accurate documentation to ensure compliance with company standards and installation requirements.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by providing timely updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring a positive installation experience.
