About the Role

AWS Infrastructure Services is seeking an ID Install Technician in Dubai. The position focuses on installing and deploying AWS infrastructure across data centers, coordinating with internal customers, external vendors, and Technical Program Managers.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver sustainable, repeatable solutions and processes with continuous improvement.
• Work closely with Capacity Engineering and Program Manager teams to ensure fast, smooth rollout of new designs and products.
• Install, configure, and support data center equipment—including racks, routers, servers, and switches—using provisioning portals.
• Lead network and committee projects, collaborating with stakeholders to remove obstacles.
• Manage work and priorities through ticketing systems and workflow.
