Key Responsibilities
- Liaise directly with clients and ground agencies for inspection-related matters
- Carry out structural / façade inspections of existing buildings to identify defects and provide appropriate rectification recommendations
- Prepare and submit relevant findings and reports to the Qualified Person (QP) in the required format for submission
- Ensure that all building works and structures are in accordance with local guidelines and statutory requirements during inspections
- Follow up with clients and ground agencies to ensure that necessary actions arising from reports and submissions are completed in a timely manner
- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualifications/experience in the built environment
