Job Requirements
- Supporting the continuous improvement programs and assisting the department supervisors in ensuring maintenance of all the inspection and support equipment.
- Assisting in developing and implementing quality assurance procedures and standards; disseminating quality information to keep staff informed of regulation practices and changes.
- Coordinating the resolution of quality problems and complaints; generating regular reports on quality issues.
- Tracking quality assurance metrics to identify areas where policies and procedures need to be changed or developed and providing recommendations to the management.
