Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct post-renovation inspections at client residential units.
- Review approved renovation drawings and demolition details before inspections.
- Coordinate inspection appointments with renovation contractors.
- Inspect renovation works to ensure compliance with approved HDB plans.
- Identify and report any non-compliance immediately with photographic evidence.
- Capture clear site photographs to support inspection findings.
- Prepare and submit inspection reports by the end of each working day.
- Submit weekly and monthly inspection progress reports.
- Maintain accurate inspection records and documentation.
- Liaise with client officers, contractors and relevant stakeholders to ensure timely inspections.
