Insider Threat & Risk Analyst (Madrid)

Job Responsibilities / Role

• Promoting and encouraging good culture and behaviours personally and across the company, in line with I AM Risk.
• Identifying, assessing, managing, and reporting risk, taking proactive personal responsibility for 'doing the right thing' in compliance with regulatory requirements and our frameworks and policies.
• Progressing specific actions that could minimise or mitigate risks identified (e.g., conduct risk and operational risk).
• Maintaining awareness of changes to regulatory landscape and incorporating these into activities.
• Supporting the bank in meeting its business, legal, regulatory and stakeholder obligations in respect of Financial Crime Compliance.
• Researching best practice, making a positive contribution to shape and implement products and processes which help to protect the bank from Insider threat.
