Inside/Outside Sales Representative

Cascadia Metals is actively seeking qualified candidates for the position of Inside/Outside Sales Representative to work from our Pork Kells branch. In this permanent, full‑time role, we are looking for a driven team member who shares our champion mindset and values. The successful candidate must have a strong work ethic and a passion to be part of the team.

Responsibilities

• Achieve territory business objectives, including sales goals and growth targets.
• Develop, implement, and execute a comprehensive territory business plan.
• Prospect and cold call to establish new customer relationships and generate additional business.
• Maintain and strengthen partnerships with existing customers while building long‑term relationships with new clients.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of products and their applications.
• Provide support to the inside sales team as needed.
