The Inside Strategic Account Specialist (STAS) plays a critical role in supporting customer accounts and serving as the liaison between clients and internal teams—Supply Chain, Engineering, and Manufacturing. This role combines customer service, sales strategy execution, and operational coordination to drive account retention and growth.

You’ll be responsible for maintaining product and market knowledge, supporting the sales pipeline, and ensuring the customer experience is seamless across every touchpoint.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts
  • Drive sales across varied accounts, product lines, and markets
  • Develop and execute strategies to retain and grow customer relationships
  • Manage purchase orders, quotes, and customer documentation
