The Inside Service Sales: Responsible for active sales of service contracts, contract renewals, service products and spare parts to customers and business partners in entrusted DACH regions, fulfillment of set goals and direct communication with customers and backup for colleagues in the same position. Responsible for pricing in the sale of service products, services and spare parts. Responsible for processing, filing and updating service contracts in Oracle system, ensuring continuity of service contracts as well as selling products and services beyond the scope of the applicable contracts.
Responsibilities
- Provides the direct sales and quotations of spare parts as well as sales and operations in the T & M (Time & Material) to customers and distributors in assigned regions.
- Prepares quotations, as well as the calculation of prices and margins and updates the relevant data in the central database.
