Inside Sales Support and Logistics Lead

We are seeking a driven, proactive Logistics Lead & Inside Sales Support colleague to take ownership of our shipping and receiving processes and support our day‑to‑day sales team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between logistics and sales by completing our shipping processes as well as directly contacting our in‑house accounts to support sales initiatives. The ideal candidate is someone who likes a mix of physical work in a warehouse, doing shipping and receiving; while also having some desk work by ensuring our shipments and deliveries documents are accurate, and the outside sales team and in‑house customers receive top‑tier support.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the scheduling and coordination of shipments and deliveries, liaising with carriers and freight forwarders to ensure timely and accurate transportation of goods (local, national, and international).
