Responsibilities
Educate and sell our products to current and new accounts using phone, text, chat, and email.
Guide customers through training, product education and learning.
Understand customer needs and provide consultative solutions.
Support high levels of customer satisfaction through interactions cross‐departmental.
Maintain accurate records and reporting in MS Office systems, RingCentral and others.
Qualifications / Skills
Prior sales, customer service, or call center experience (1+ years).
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities in both English and Spanish.
Strong phone presence and quick connection skills.
Proficient in writing and accurate typing.
Energetic and self‐motivated.
