Inside Sales Representative – Regular, Full Time – Saskatoon, Saskatchewan

Schedule: Monday to Friday, daytime.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and prioritize customer requests coming through email, phone, and online sales channels.
  • Respond to customer needs and provide appropriate solutions based on the situation.
  • Follow up on requests and promptly inform key personnel of customer feedback regarding prices, products, and service.
  • Maximize sales to existing customers by suggesting alternative and complementary products.
  • Work closely with outside sales staff to coordinate efforts and share insights.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of product lines and the systems used to support sales.
  • Negotiate special prices and terms with customers when required.
