The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for driving revenue growth by engaging, developing, and retaining assigned accounts. This role will focus on proactive outbound calling, identifying opportunities, expanding wallet share, and ensuring that every customer interaction builds loyalty to our company's HVAC/R product portfolio. Working closely with branch operations, marketing, and outside sales teams, the Inside Sales Representative plays a critical role in capturing growth from under-served accounts and ensuring consistent customer support.
