We’re a roofing company based in New Jersey, looking to expand our impact through consistent outreach, streamlined lead management, and strong local partnerships. We’re searching for a proactive and reliable Inside Sales Representative to support our team and help drive lead generation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inbound Calling: Call all inbound leads from Facebook, website, and other lead sources. Follow up diligently and qualify leads.
- CRM Management: Maintain our CRM pipeline. Move leads through stages, take detailed notes, and flag follow ups.
Qualifications:
- English fluency is required – both spoken and written
- Experience with calling or appointment setting is required
- Familiarity with CRMs (GoHighLevel) is a plus
- Comfortable with cold outreach and follow-ups
- Organized, self-motivated, and excellent at note-taking
