  • Prospect, assess, and convert new business opportunities into active customers
  • Expand share of wallet by introducing additional product lines to existing clients who currently source elsewhere
  • Transition accounts from non-preferred suppliers to designated preferred vendor offerings
  • Increase revenue within existing accounts by promoting upgraded, alternative, or newly available products
  • Proactively inform customers about upcoming deals, promotional campaigns, and new product launches
  • Relay shifts in product demand—both increases and declines—to the purchasing team
  • Provide exceptional service to foster long-term relationships and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
