BigCircle builds custom AI systems for startups and tech teams: production-grade AI that founders and CTOs trust real engineers to ship. We're a small, senior team whose work sells itself once we're in the room. Our gap is getting into enough rooms, that's this role.
You build the pipeline; our founder closes. This isn't cold-calling from a script, and it isn't figure out sales from scratch either. You'll run a system we've already built: research tooling, message templates, a defined ideal customer profile, and proven proof points.
What you'll do:
- Research and identify the right people to reach, founders, CTOs, engineering leaders
- Send personalized outreach over LinkedIn and email using our templates and your own judgment
- Follow up persistently and professionally until you get a yes or a clear no
