Inside Sales Representative Nordic Minesteel Technologies

Nordic Minesteel Technologies (NMT) is currently seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our team in a fast-paced metal fabrication and manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting sales, estimating, customer service, and project coordination activities within manufacturing, fabrication, mining, structural steel, or heavy industrial industries. The successful candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills, along with experience managing Requests for Quotation (RFQs), preparing proposals, processing customer orders, and maintaining accurate sales records within an ERP system.

This role is critical to ensuring the accurate and timely processing of customer inquiries, quotations, sales orders, and project documentation while supporting business development objectives, production requirements, and customer satisfaction.
