About Us: We’re a roofing company based in New Jersey, looking to expand our impact through consistent outreach, streamlined lead management, and strong local partnerships. We’re searching for a proactive and reliable Inside Sales Representative to support our team and help drive lead generation. Key Responsibilities: Inbound Calling: Call all inbound leads from Facebook, website, and other lead sources. Follow up diligently and qualify leads. CRM Management: Maintain our CRM pipeline. Move leads through stages, take detailed notes, and flag follow ups. Qualifications: English fluency is required – both spoken and written Experience with calling or appointment setting is required Familiarity with CRMs (GoHighLevel) is a plus Comfortable with cold outreach and follow-ups Organized, self-motivated, and excellent at note-taking Requirement: Email 1 minute video to on why you think you'd be a good fit for the role.
