Wolfram, creator of Mathematica, Wolfram|Alpha and Wolfram Language, is seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Representative to join the Inside Sales team. The Inside Sales Representative will be working with consumers, nonprofits and commercial institutions to handle the sale of our software and technology. This includes the renewal of licenses and software maintenance. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for following up with incoming leads in a timely manner and handling customer service and care for our clients. A mix of technical and sales knowledge is required, as well as a love for cutting‑edge technology.

Responsibilities

Maintaining and growing sales by:

• Serving as the primary point of contact to grow business‑to‑consumer sales within a designated territory
• Utilizing SugarCRM to generate quotes and track quote‑to‑sale success
