Inside Sales Representative – Industrial Metals / Steel Distribution

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will sell industrial metals — including steel, aluminum, and stainless steel in sheet, pipe, and structural forms — to purchasing managers and business owners across Ontario. This role involves outbound calling, managing existing accounts, and developing new business. You will be selling to small and medium-sized businesses that require raw metals for internal manufacturing and fabrication. You will receive a mix of warm leads, self-prospected leads, and dormant accounts. This is a full‑time, in‑office role reporting directly to the Inside Sales Manager. The base salary is $65,000 – $75,000, plus monthly commissions and an annual bonus.
