The Inside Sales Representative role at Weston Forest is a developmental commercial role designed to build our next generation of Account Executives . This position is intended for ambitious, commercially curious individuals who want to build a long-term career in B2B sales and are motivated to learn the business from the ground up before progressing into an outside sales role.
This role provides hands‑on exposure to Weston Forest’s products, inventory, customers, systems, and sales process. Inside Sales Representatives support quoting and order execution, manage relationships with smaller and developing customers, and actively contribute to business development through outbound sales activity and customer growth initiatives.
