RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Conduct outbound calls and follow-ups to acquire new accounts
• Manage assigned leads and progress opportunities through the funnel
• Gather and document client information required for job creation
• Maintain accurate and timely CRM records
• Track activities, outcomes, and follow-ups consistently
• Communicate clearly and professionally with US-based clients
• Handle basic objections and negotiations within defined parameter
QUALIFICATIONS:
• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• At least 2 years of proven B2B sales experience.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence
decisions and build strong client relationships.
• Adaptable and confident in managing client interactions in a fast-paced
environment
