About The Role
MiniMed is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to remotely drive sales and patient engagement. This role focuses on outbound calling, lead conversion, and ongoing customer support, with a strong emphasis on CRM management and administrative accuracy. You will play a critical role in helping patients access the right technology while meeting performance goals.
This is a hybrid role with an expectation to report onsite to our Brampton, ON site three days per week.
Responsibilities
- Remotely sells Medtronic's products and retains end-user patients within an assigned geographic area and/ or specific customer accounts for pre-defined territory locations to achieve or exceed assigned sales goals.
- Identify, develop and close leads for the business and refer on internal leads when appropriate.
