Job Responsibilities
- Support the sales process and Account Managers.
- Coordinate with suppliers for equipment and attachments.
- Create purchase orders and process sales and rental billing.
- Manage rental inquiries, contracts, and equipment availability.
- Maintain equipment inventory, pricing, and ERP records.
- Prepare quotes and assist with government tenders/RFQs.
- Update manufacturer programs and pricing.
- Coordinate equipment readiness with Service and Parts teams.
- Track purchase orders, sales agreements, and rental contracts.
- Assist walk-in customers and provide regular inventory reports.
