Job Responsibilities

• Support the sales process and Account Managers.
• Coordinate with suppliers for equipment and attachments.
• Create purchase orders and process sales and rental billing.
• Manage rental inquiries, contracts, and equipment availability.
• Maintain equipment inventory, pricing, and ERP records.
• Prepare quotes and assist with government tenders/RFQs.
• Update manufacturer programs and pricing.
• Coordinate equipment readiness with Service and Parts teams.
• Track purchase orders, sales agreements, and rental contracts.
• Assist walk-in customers and provide regular inventory reports.
