Key responsibilities
- Manage and monitor a shared mailbox, handling a high volume of incoming requests
- Analyze and clarify customer needs, especially when requests are incomplete or unclear
- Determine priorities and decide whether requests should be handled internally or escalated to field sales colleagues
- Prepare, send, and follow up on quotations using internal tools and systems
- Ensure clear and professional communication with customers
- Collaborate closely with Sales Managers and Business Developers
- Handle mainly standard quotation requests independently after onboarding
- Provide administrative and coordination support where needed
- During quieter periods, assist with outreach efforts such as contacting prospects to schedule appointments
