Customer Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Handle customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, technical specifications, and availability. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Resolve customer issues in coordination with relevant departments. Quotations & Order Management Process sales orders accurately and coordinate with production and dispatch teams. Track order status and communicate updates to customers. Sales Operations & Reporting Monitor sales pipeline and maintain CRM data. Analyze sales trends, customer requirements, and market opportunities. Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports.
