Inside Sales Manager – The goal is to help the company grow by maintaining current small showroom accounts, bringing in customers and developing business.

Responsibilities

  • Re-engage and maintain small showroom accounts to generate sales.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements.
  • Close sales and achieve the annual sales plan.
  • Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals.
  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow‑up and outbound calls, WhatsApp and emails.
  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest to attract new clients.
  • Maintain and expand the database of current and potential clients.
  • Give support in initiatives to the Marketing and Commercial teams.
