Role Overview

As an Inside Sales Executive, you will be the first point of contact for many of our prospective customers—discerning urban families, HNIs, and impact-driven investors looking for meaningful real estate options. Your role is to build trust, understand aspirations, and nurture prospects toward visiting and experiencing an Organo community. You will collaborate closely with sales closers and marketing to convert interest into intent through insightful conversations and structured follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with inbound and outbound leads from various channels including website, WhatsApp, social media, referrals, and events.
  • Qualify leads using Organo's discovery framework and scoring model (based on BANT—Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline—or equivalent).
