1. Market Research & Lead Identification.
· Conduct market research and client mapping, including creation
of own prospect databases across target industries
· Identify potential clients, decision-makers, and key stakeholders
· Maintain updated market intelligence on competitors, hiring trends,
and client needs.
2. Lead Generation & Outreach
· Execute cold calling and outbound outreach using both self-
generated data and shared databases
· Qualify leads based on defined criteria and business potential
· Schedule introductory calls and meetings for the Manager.
3. Meeting Coordination & Client Correspondence
· Align and confirm meetings with clients, including calendar
coordination and reminders
· Participate in calls/meetings where required to support note-taking
