Responsibilities
- Review blueprints, flowsheets, and other customer requirements to develop and prepare cost estimates or projected increases in production from client's use of proposed equipment or services and specifications.
- Prepare and generate proposed changes in equipment, processes, or use of materials or services that would result in cost reduction or improvement in operations.
- Proactively develop equipment recommendations and proposals.
- Review all customer specification requirements for proposals.
- Develop good working relations with Sales to maximize sales opportunities.
- Interact with engineering to provide cost estimates for complete units to Regional Sales people.
- Coordinate with internal contract specialist on commercial terms and conditions as needed.
- Aid Regional Sales people with equipment selection forms and kickoff forms as needed.
