Inside Sales Consultant – 1-Year Term

As an Inside Sales Consultant, you will assist prospective residents in their quest for rental accommodations, providing a best-in-class customer experience via telephone, email, live‑chat, or other indirect delivery channels.

Responsibilities

• Respond to all rental inquiries from prospective residents via telecom, email, and live‑chat.
• Enter all possible leads in the ERP system to ensure traffic data and reporting are complete and accurate.
• Conduct in‑depth interviews with prospective residents to determine their requirements and promote available Minto products that meet their needs.
• Schedule appointments for showings with on‑site Leasing Agent.
• Facilitate the application process for prospective residents who do not need or cannot arrange for a site visit.
