Follows established procedures to support the generation of new business and contribute to revenue growth across targeted product segments (generic/lower complexity portfolios). Conducts high-volume inbound and outbound communications to promote Avantor’s value-added offerings and support sales conversion, while ensuring accurate CRM records of customer interactions. Leads digital prospecting efforts by analyzing engagement data, tailoring outreach initiatives to convert high-potential leads. Responds to complex customer inquiries related to product availability, pricing, and order status, adapting solutions based on evolving commercial priorities and operational constraints.
