FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

  • Maintain accurate pipeline of business
  • Proactively reach out to end user customers to secure upcoming renewals and look for add‑on, upsell and cross‑sell opportunities
  • Work with and assist ESET resellers and distribution partners throughout the sales process to complete sales through the channel
  • Maintain accurate account and contact information
