FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Maintain accurate pipeline of business
- Proactively reach out to end user customers to secure upcoming renewals and look for add‑on, upsell and cross‑sell opportunities
- Work with and assist ESET resellers and distribution partners throughout the sales process to complete sales through the channel
- Maintain accurate account and contact information
- Respond to voicemails per company policy
