Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Inside B2B Sales Representative - Advertising role based in Calgary, AB. The Inside Sales Representative will conduct outbound and inbound sales calls to B2B prospects, qualify leads, and present The MARC Group’s advertising and marketing solutions, including Bagvertising, custom printing, and digital marketing services. The role involves managing a sales pipeline, preparing proposals, following up on inquiries, and closing new business to meet or exceed sales targets. The representative will maintain regular communication with existing clients to support renewal opportunities, upsell additional services, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Daily responsibilities also include updating CRM records, collaborating with marketing and operations teams, and providing feedback on market trends and client needs.
